The Business Development Manager will be responsible for several regions, who can articulate the company value proposition in the Sales Department with opportunity for growth. This posiiton reports directly to the EVP of Global Sales and is a key player on the European Sales Team.

Responsibilities:
•Understand company product strengths, functionality, positioning, competition and apply that understanding to a prospect’s specific business needs and pain points
•Understand our product and service offering for hospitality companies
•Conduct research to gain a cross-functional view of the prospect company or enterprise and its purchasing behavior
•Identify and generate qualified sales opportunities and prospects through cold calling and qualification of inbound leads; daily outbound calling to prospects on target account lists
•Identify and/or contact prospects in relation to special targeted sales campaigns
•Identify C-Level decision-makers and build strong strategic relationships
•Implement an organized and well-planned “value-based” sales strategy in assigned markets
•Engage, convince and close deals with prospects.
•Participate in trade fairs/conferences across the region
•Maintain ‘Salesforce’ (SFDC) up to date
•Meet and exceed revenue goals by selling new business

Perfil
Licenciado – Administración y Dirección de Empresas
Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años
Conocimientos necesarios:

Microsoft PowerPoint

SalesForce CRM

Microsoft Word

Excel

Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: -minmum 3 years of previous software industry sales experience.
-experience calling on, establishing credibility, closing contracts with senior-level executives.
-experience in presenting complex-selling/solution selling engagements to demanding clients.
-solid computes skills including proficiency in Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Excel&Salesforce.
-Business level English, proficiency in German and Spanish required.
-University degree.
-Ability to travel (up to 30%)
Requisitos deseados: -MBA
-Hospitality background or experience selling into hospitality industry desirable.
-Sales with account management experience and client consulting experience helpful
